All CONTINENTAL USA/CANADA orders are shipped either via:
United Stats Postal Service - USPS ($5.95)
UPS 3-Day ($11.95)
UPS 2-Day ($19.95)
UPS Next Day ($29.95)
Orders shipped to ALASKA, HAWAII or any APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail ($10.95). INTERNATIONAL ORDERS under 1 pound are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail ($14.95).
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER:
Most USPS Ground orders placed before 4pm CST will ship the next business day.
Most UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day orders placed before 1pm CST will ship that day.
You will be contacted via email about any delays in shipping.
USPS packages will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or NEXT DAY are guaranteed by UPS for business day arrivals only.
Do NOT include the ship date, weekends, or holidays to estimate arrival.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER IF SENT UPS:
Once your package has left our warehouse you will receive an email from ShopHullabaloo.com with your tracking number.
You can track your order using this number at ups.com.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
While shopHullabaloo.com always tries to ensure that your merchandise is top notch, occassionally there may be problems.
If you aren't totally psyched by your shopHullabaloo.com item, please email us at
returns@shophullabaloo.com immediately for a Return Authorization number. Please be sure to include your original order number in your email.
All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order date.
Exchange requests will be fulfilled according to availability.
Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
We recommend shipping returned goods via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx ground service.
We will credit your account or make exchange arrangements once the goods have been returned.
While we process returns as soon as possible, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
